“The attorney-client relationship is based on trust, confidence, and respect, which I work diligently to earn every day. I do this with the simple philosophy of developing personal working relationships with our clients and by listening to and understanding our clients’ circumstances and goals. To this end, I work to prepare and execute plans that achieve our clients’ goals in the most cost effective manner possible.”
Michael Mason represents businesses and individuals in construction disputes, business litigation, real estate litigation and unlawful detainer litigation. He regularly achieves outstanding results for his clients, whether through trial or favorable settlements.
Michael received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas’ McCombs School of Business, where he attended on a four-year Navy ROTC scholarship. After several years on active duty, Michael attended law school at the University of San Diego, becoming a member of Phi Delta Phi, an honorary legal fraternity. Meanwhile, after more than 24 years on active and reserve duty, Michael retired from the U.S. Navy with the rank of Commander in early 2011. Michael loves spending time with his wife, Lisa, and daughter, Rachel. When time permits, he also enjoys scuba diving, surfing and working in the yard.
